  7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  8. ½ teaspoon sea salt
  9. ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  10. ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  11. ½ cup chopped walnuts, plus 2 tablespoons for topping

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Grease an 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pan and preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step:No:02

Beat the mashed banana, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla together in a big basin.

Step:No:03

Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl.

Step:No:04

Mixing until just mixed, add the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Avoid overmixing. Stir in ½ cup of walnuts.

Step:No:05

Transfer the mixture onto the ready pan and sprinkle the last two tablespoons of walnuts on top.

Step:No:06

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top bounces back when touched and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Forty minutes is when I like to check on the loaf. I cover it with foil for the remainder of the bake time if the top is golden brown to avoid.
